eMorial offers multimedia memorial tribute products, including cemetery gravestones, mausoleum displays, grand displays, basic headstones, roadside displays, tribute spots, and mini forget-me-nots. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Any order placed through the Site or via direct contact constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Aevum Industries, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use.

If you submit any content to us (such as photos, text, or other materials for use in a memorial tribute product), you grant eMorial a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or request.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
